1. Information you give us

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:

• your email address (required) so we can reply;
• your name and phone number, if you choose to provide them;
• the services you're interested in and the message you write.

We use this only to answer your enquiry and follow up on any project we discuss. The form is delivered to our team inbox by email, which is hosted by Google. We don't store submissions in a separate database, and we never sell them or add you to a mailing list.

2. Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting it. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

3. Cookies and local storage

When you accept or decline cookies, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. This is strictly necessary for the site to remember your preference and does not identify you.

4. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the referring site, and general device, browser and location information. This helps us improve the website.

Analytics scripts only load if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, they don't run. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Any analytics provider we use processes data under its own privacy policy, and we will list it here when it is in use.

5. Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project or business relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at sales@marbitech.com.np and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to our inbox is restricted to our team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change, for example when we add new tools. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
